At just 14-years-old, Lindsay's first exploration of yoga made a sweet, lasting impression—initiating a curiosity that would guide her path as a student and teacher.

Lindsay has been teaching yoga since 2014 and has been a devoted student of yoga since 2002 and Pilates since 2019. She began her exploration of movement when she was just 14 years old in her high school yoga and meditation class. Lindsay is deeply inspired by the rhythms of nature, dynamic movement and the biomechanics of the body. Providing her clients with thoughtful and intentional sequencing, Lindsay empowers her clients to connect body, breath + mind; developing awareness, balance + strength. Lindsay is guided by endless curiosity and inspiration to learn and share. Always a student!”
